Founded in 2020 with a simple vision: to make customer service effortless with AI.

Serial entrepreneurs, Devashish and Adarsh, saw that non-technical people found it very difficlut to build and deploy AI chatbots and AI agents to automate customer service. Most of the AI tools available on the market were either scripted chatbots or simply failed to help customers effectively. And that is when they built Kommunicate, a true no-code customer service automation platform where the AI resolves basic repettive queries and pass on complex tasks to a human support agent.
